deceased case

in an under guardian account, if the guardian dies then how the balance amount will be settled :

case 1: If the minor has not attained 18 yrs of age.

case 2: if the minor has attained 18 yrs of age.

1)of gaurdian dies they have to approach court to appoint another gaurdian.they appoints another gaurdian.2)if minor attains majority he has to file application along with proof that he has attained majority so court ceases minor.
