Date of birth correction

Hello all, I blessed with baby boy on Feb-16-2019.post my baby naming function i went to municipal office to take the birth certificate. I found a mistake in my baby birth date instead of Feb-16-2019 it was recorded as Feb-17-2019. Actually its a mistake from hospatial team they have sent wrong date to municipal office. Now i want my baby birthrate on Feb-16 only. How can i get that. Municipality staff telling that they wont correct the date because it was already registered in the records and online. Please suggest me. Thanks for your help in advance.
