consulting through fake experience

hi all, I am working as a consultant in consulting company, They haven't given me offer letter. they are putting fake experience and outsourcing to MNC.
They force to work with fake experience and pay very less salary but in return they are making lot of money.

what kind of complaint can I take against them?

Ideally, Your experience is declared by you during employment not by your employer ,thought they twisted your experience on your acceptence and agreement. You can go against them. If they twicked your experience inspite of your strong objection on alteration.you can take legal action under unfair practices.

Hi, than you. The company is doing same to all employees to make more money from other big MNC.
