My aunty is a goverment school teacher. she was on casual leave and mentioned it before a day on patra vyavhaar register that she will b on leave on perticular day....  but she forgot is to mention it on attendence register. In department patra vyavhaar register is the most important register. but during a audio call my aunt said that she was on unauthorised leave. in panic she forgot to mention that she already written it on patra vyavhaar register. because her school head was trying to trapped her because of jeolosy and other reasons so may b he recordeed the call where is accept that she was on unauthorised leave jus in panic because her head told her that he sent the attendence regiuster photo to Block Education Officer. but later she realised she already mentioned it on patra vyavhar register which is most imp register when it comes to legality....

so which evidence will b more preferable? audio recording or patra vyavhar register of department?

@Yogesh Sir, only one day casual leave. she register this leave on patra vyavhaar herself because her head was upsent on that day. so on 4th april she register on patra vyavhaar register that she will b on casual leave on 5th april. but she did not mention it on attendence register but patra vyavhaar register is the main register and more powerful.  Her head sent attendence register picture to BLOCK LEVEL OFFICER that she is on unauthorised leave and head didnot tell BLOCK LEVEL OFFICER that she already register her CL on patra vyavhaar...  .... so is she safe? thank you for ypour valuable time.
