i entered inti an agreement of sale for a flat measuring 1050 sqft (including 25% super built)as per agreement. Then flat's wall plustering was completed but now sale deed is shown 1156 sqft (incl 25% super built). carpet area is same in both deed.
i confuse that what should i pay and why. please advise.

Dear querist, verify the plan issued by the authority concerned. if the extent is 1156 Sq.Ft. and you wish to take extra extent you have to pay rate as per agreement on the extent. Ask the builder why the extent is extended?
