Developer denying Rent

hi,
our commercial space has undergone redevelopment. The developer paid us rent for 2 years as per the agreement terms and now denying to pay stating we are not eligible. The agreement clause clearly states as below
"The party of first part has agreed to provide permanent alternate accommodation to the eligible occupier declared by SRA in the proposed SRA rehab building. And even if the occupier declared as non-eligible by the SRA, they will be provided with permanent alternate accommodation in the developer’s free sale component in the SRA building where the eligible members are going to be stayed which is to be constructed by the developers. In view of the same , party of the first part has agreed to pay to the eligible and non-eligible occupier a sum of Rs x as towards the monthly monetary compensation/rent till the handing over the permanent alternate accommodation in the newly constructed building”

please guide how do I go about..
