Just if you don wish to continue seek divorce ; stop thinking about taking revange that would lead to series of invitations which you cannnot handle latter;

Just end the matter if you choose so

which is better way sir, marriage annulment (null) case or divorce case.

What you mentioned is not the ground for marraige annulment case;

You can file for divorce ; better if you can settle with inlaws and wife and file a mutual consent divorce

1.  Instead of getting frustrated with such small diseases, try to look at the brighter side of Wife's nature, behaviour, humbleness, gentleness and lots more which a typical Wife can provide.

2. Think whether your Wife would have divorced you, IF you had lost both your eyes in any accident or ....  UNLESS & UNTILL you are fed up or bored with her or looking for an excuse to divorce and wanting a new Wife.

3.  Even IF you succeed in getting a Divorce, you would be facing a heavy financial burden on you and the new Wife would be no better and may have some other queer problem.

no you should get divorce from court

Beat  her up and throw her out of the house and file for divorce, I think that is what a woman would do to her husband in similar circumstances. Only thing, before you swing into any action, consult a lawyer, so that he can advise you on how to minimize your financial loss, for example become unemployed, move out of your current residence, and rent a jugghi with filthy sh*t all around, become total nuisance, don't shower etc. etc.

1.  Your Story leads to only one theory:  You have stratgically planned to ditch your Wife on grounds of Bad Vision AND you have already planned to marry someone else.

2. Think whether your Wife would have divorced you, IF you had lost both your eyes in any accident or ....

3.  You are nefariously playing with Women's emotions & life, for your own fun.  A really very very bad attitude of life.  Better avoid it.

if you have the evidence for fraud of suppression of the fact of that disease from you before the marriage then you can gor the annullment of the marriage

For once I very much agree with Advocate Hemant Agarwal. I am pleasantly surprised to see his advice.  He has a humanitarian side. There was a picture "The Man Who Knew Too Much" by Alfred Hitchcock. In the picture Doris Day acts and sings "Que Sera Sera, Whatever will be, will be, the future is not for us to see, Que Sera Sera". Que Sera Sera,is a French phrase meaning "Whatever will be, will be" Unfortunately you have got into a situation which would make you feel very miserable. But look at things from the side of your wife and her parents. She is born with very bad disease. Look at this as an opportunity to show your greatness. Medicine has advanced and you may find a cure for her disease. You married her because you found her acceptable in all other respects. You have written nothing about your education and her education. Do you know that a blind woman has become an IAS officer and assumed charge of office in Kerala. As for children you can adopt one or two or your wife can bear your own child through in vitro fertilisation with egg from another healthy woman. You will have children and more importantly the children will look after their blind mother in her old age. If you are determined to abandon here give her a child as stated above and then abandon her.  Don't be too selfish.  Que Sera Sera.

It is very unfortunate that Neha has advised you thus. I believe she is also a woman. She is advising "for example become unemployed, move out of your current residence, and rent a jugghi with filthy sh*t all around, become total nuisance, don't shower etc. etc."  Will it not be better to live with a blind woman?
