Make a search in google and you can find a very detailed law with examples and most recent findings in several court judgments with such examples and even video lecture link in You tube.

A contract is said to be induced by ‘undue influence’ where the relations subsisting between the parties are such that one of the parties is in a position to dominate the will of the other and uses that position to obtain an unfair advantage over the other.

influence by which a person is induced to act otherwise than by their own free will or without adequate attention to the consequences.

Undue influence is the manipulation of a person who is vulnerable or dependent on someone else. It often shows up in that vulnerable adult's will. ... Another example is if a family member is left out of a will, especially if they would have expected to be included.

Undue influence occurs when one party to a transaction is able to influence the decisions of another party to the transaction.

Undue influence gives one party an advantage over another. In some cases, a party that is the victim of undue influence may be able to void a contract he or she signed while under the effects of that influence.
