Urgent - Can Sale Agreement be stamped for a higher amount?

Please advise urgently. We had a sale agreement for Rs 45 lakhs, The buyer has gone and got the Agreement stamped with a market value of Rs 52 lakhs. He did this  unilaterally without any notice or advise to me. Please advise urgently whether he can do this? I would therefore have to pay tax on the higher value in that case?

Can he admit this agreements in evidence?

Buyer has crossed his limits and he should be forced to bear the burden of taxation in this situation when he even didn't dare to consult the seller.

Thank you. This was many years ago and the sale did not go through. The value of the property is over a crore now.

Now at the time of marking of evidence, I want to deny that Agreement is valid/subsisting on this ground that he got the Agreement stamped for a higher value without advising/notice to me. Can I deny the document on this ground?
