The case settled/ compromised can not be reverted and no appeal lies against mutual agreement/ settlement of the claim.
If you have lost faith in your lawyer, change him/ her immediately.
It is advisable to consult another local prudent lawyer with relevant records for analyses, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

Yes, a settled case cannot be reopened or re-agitated except on the grounds of fraud, coercion or undue influence.
