MeaNS the defendants number 1 and 2 has been summoned and the report on that still not recieved. Await for the report and fixed on 10-05-2020

Hi sir this is about a land dispute. Case started in September. In January petioners have mentioned they are not pressing this case, so case dismissed by court. But if I see the status of case in online it says "Await summons of D21, D22 Call on 10-05-2020". Is it safe to purchase such property, since petioners are not pressing the case. What would be the worst outcome.

If you are buying a property make proper investigations, if the land is disputed then don't buy it. If you are daring to take risks then proceed. Too many scams these days. Investigate the matter and get your satisfaction

They are not pressing this case. This does not mean that dispute is resolved. Party might apply for withdrawal with liberty to file fresh suit.
