1. YES. It is possible, provided the POA for immovable property, is duly Stamp Duty paid and Registered before the local SRO and further provided the POA has all the relevant strategic clauses mentioning its purposes for Gift Deed /Settlement Deed etc.... which too would require separate Stamp Duty & Registration.
