To my knowledge, daughter takes one-third and the son two-third, provided there are no other sharers.

The property left behind by your mother after the expenses covered, shall be distributed between you and your sister at  2:1 ration. as per Muslim personal law of inheritance  or intestate succession.

You will get two shares to that of one share of your sister in the property.
