Civil appeal

Hi, how long it will take to dispose a Restored Regular appeal in civil court which earlier regular appeal was dismissed due to default. is there any time limit for disposing restored appeals kindly advice

The civil procedure Code in Order 41 rule 19 does not talk about the time limit under which the appeal for restoration is to be dismissed though you should check with the circulars or orders of the concerned court.

There is no time limit for disposal of a case pending before Trail Court or any of the appellatte Court. If someone suggests (time to be taken) she/ he is befooling herself/ himself.

Regular appeal of 1998 was Dismissed due to Default. regular appeal of 1998 was restored in year 2020 by order of High Court now appeal is in stage of APPEARANCE
