Being a mother in less than 18 years

Hello Experts, Greetings of the Day! My query is for a girl who is just 17 and become a mother of a daughter. Boy is also 17. They come into physical relations while studying at school. Both the parties agreed for wedding, but because both persons are minor and not eligible for legal marriage, what actions will be suitable for both parties. No one have any objection related to the marriage.

1. Legal Marriage can be performed when Girl becomes 18 years and Boy becomes 21 years.  Other marriages arrangements like "jungle /mandir marriage rituals" can be conducted, for self-satisfaction of the families. Do not attempt to register marriage by giving false age etc...., since this will become a criminal offence.

2. Presently since there is no legal dispute or claims etc.... between the Girl & Boy and their individual families, THEN third party had no rights to file any legal prosecution on them, in anyway, whatsoever.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal

The child born out of such relationship is legitimate, .

Let them continue the relationship till both of them attain marrigable age.Avoid propagating the circumstances.

Yes, wait till the boy and the girl completes the marriageble age before formalising/registering the marriage. Also, as already suggested, keep the developments in a low key.
