nope....sorry.......
i havnt heard abt this....although i have heard abt speedy trial but never seen such proceedings as far as day to day trial is concerned....the workload on judiciary is so much that it is not possibe now a days for a judge to carry on day to day hearings.....
its been now 7 years that i am into practice....but i have never seen ..........neither tried.....
