en land govt transfer act 1993 settled by div bench cal HC confirmed by supreme court in SLP.violating that wb govt. transferred almost 50% of salt lake property to strangers.can it be challenged in supreme court writ jurisdiction under article 32of constitution of India,,/?Dr SC pratihar

Writ jurisdiction of Supreme Court under Article 32 of the Constitution can be invoked when you can prove that there is any infrignment or abrogation of fundamental rights
