Property rights

A person belongs to Hindu Family. He earned a property on his own. He had 3 children. He made a gift deed and will to a unknown person of his family (which includes members of forefathers ) for his survival. After the sudden demise of the person, is there any possibility of regaining the gifted property from the third person to any one of the children. kindly clarify

As it is his self-acquired property, no one can object it.

No, the aforesaid gifted property can't be revert back because such property was self-earned property.

A person have right to transfer/sale/bequeath and gift his self acquired Property to any one as per his choice during his lifetime,No one has right to make objection.Above gifted property can not be taken back.Find out whether property was gifted through registered feed or not ,if property has been gifted without registered deed then  legal heirs of deceased can challenge and recover back gifted property.
