If you are getting  cross examined by  the opposite party advocate in presence of advocate commissioner then its an advantage for you whereas if your advocate is going to cross examine the opposite party in presence of advocate commissioner then it has  less advantage for you.

Thank you Subramanyan sir....any specific reason for this...actually my opponent want tp get him cross examined before advocate commisoner...which i am protesting..even though he himself was not present for quiet a long time also, he never pressed and half of examination is laready done...what grounds shoull i give now....its a character assisination case...Please suggest.
