1. Under the provisions of model bye-law no. 160(b), the Society members have to, on their own expenditure, conduct /restore /repair the internal leakages from Top floor bathrooms/kitchen to any lower floor bathrooms/kitchen. Here the Society is not bound to incur any expenditure for the same.
