I work for a company who has taken a part of a place on leave and licence for 11 months which had 4 co owners. while signing the agreement all the co owners had given their NOC however the 4th co owner confirmed his noc over the phone to his other co owners. Now the 4th co owner has filed a suite against the company and other co owner that the agreement was done with his knowledge and it voided and the company needs to vacate the place. My company has done huge investments and they dont want to leave. I want to know under which section and which act I can ask for relief and hold the premise till the agreement period.

Since the suit is filed under the relevant section, now you have to oppose it on the basis of your case. Now you have to defend it that the petitioner's claims are false etc.
