Hi,
I recently joined a government organization & my police verification is pending.
My neighbor is so jealous that he filed a false FIR of physical assault against me so that my name will be in the police criminal records & my entire career will be ruined.
Please advice how it will affect my government job. Will I have to lose my job?
1. File a Counter FIR against the neighbor for prosecutable offences of Nuisance, Intimidation, Breach of Trust, Threatening etc.... by providing proper witnesses.
2. Further mere filing of police FIR by neighbor does not mean you have been convicted by Court. Hence this will not affect your chances of ANY Govt. jobs.
