There is an open space in our area but someone who was owner of the area has sold his land to other people but at the time of selling it was shown as open space on the layout and also the open space is on his wife's name .

If it is open space then what actions to be taken to take back the open space
1. Arrange for Land Survey thru Govt. Survey Dept. (Tahsil office) and obtain proper layout plan and measurements duly recorded in his Survey Drawings & Report.
