Hi Experts,
My Uncle and Aunty purchased jointly few Equity shares worth of Rs. 2,00,000 and few months back my uncle passed away and nominee of my uncle was his brother he too passed away with no Lr's, now I want to transfer my late. uncles total shares on my Aunty names.. Please advise..

1. You will need to apply for "Succession Certificate" from the local Civil Court, by following due procedures of law.
