Registration of will !

Can Will of immovable property situated at Madhya Pradesh be registered at Maharashtra ?

WILL is to be registered at the office of sub-registrar of Assurances which is in the jurisdiction of the residence of the person who made the WILL.

if the person have proof of residence in Maharastra then he/she can register

Thank you for replying sir.

The issue is client has shifted her residence here. She will not have any proof of residence of Maharashtra sir.
