Yes, you can vacate your tenant's shop without any hassle but not by the condition that you have stated in your rent agreement i.e. 'Tenant has to vacate the house as and when he asked to do so.'
There are three points that are stated in law which a owner can use to vacate his property rented to a tenant, those are:
1. Personal necessity i.e. property required for personal use
2. Subletting i.e. property to be rented to someone else
3. Non- payment of rent i.e. payment has not been paid more than 6 months
As you said that your father have to use the property this means that you have to use for your personal benefit and this reason can be covered under Point 1 stated above.
For doing so you have to approach the civil court which has jurisdiction over this matter and have to file a eviction petition to the attendant.
