wife had an illicit affair with another. The husband sent her out of his house.They have a female child. The father has doubts about the child. Later husband died of mental anguish due to the wife's illicit affair.Can the wife or child claim husband property?

It is subjected to prove! If evidence sufficed that the wife is having an illicit affair, she won't get alimony.

Hello, The illicit relationship is not proved in the court of law. Then it cannot be called an extramarital relationship and wife and child will have rights over husband's property.
