Sending notices of chs like agm etc to those staying abroad

The hard copies of the notice of AGM/SGM and the minutes of the AGM/ SGM are to be issued within the prescribed time limits to the members at their society flats ONLY. If these are desired to be made available digitally, then a resolution to that effect has to be unanimously passed at the AGM/SGM. As regards the flats given on rent, the tenant/lessee can receive the hard copies as an agent of the owner members.
