I have done aggreement of sale in the year 2013 after tht seller extended it to 2016 and signature on the original agreement but in 2020 again he extended to 2022 but I took Xerox copy to him he signature on Xerox copy and extended to 2022 is it valued signature on Xerox copy

Xerox copy of agreement to sell is not admissible and enforceable by law even otherwise agreement is time barred.
