Death claim settlement

What is the cliam and the authority from whom claim has been preferred ?

Claim is for 5lakh (adhivakta kalyan nidhi) .Claim was submiitted to bar council allahabad.

Send an email and request them to settle the claim at the earliest and to state reasons for abnormal delay or reasons for denial of the claim.  Search the website of the Allahabad Bar council and the contact details must have been uploaded. in their website with office bearers mobile numbers and full address.

Contact local bar where he was member and enquiry.

For any insurance claim, the death certificate and medical certificate are primary documents.  The nominee can report the death with a death certificate and LIC has to send those claim forms and further assistance for the disposal of the claim.  Death is always death whether on-road or on train and Railways are not responsible for natural death while traveling by train. Only in case of deaths due to train accidents.  Railways must pay compensation for the production of a copy of such ticket, death certificate, post mortem report.
