Section 6-a of essential commodities act, 1955

what are facts of the case.           

A Government Employee has booked a Case under Section 6-A Essential Commodities Act, 1955 on 27/07/2022 but has filed the Case in the Court of the Chief Rationing Officer, Hyderabad on 12/10/2022.  The employee has handed over all the documents in the Office to the concerned clerk.  The seizure has been kept under safe custody under proper acknowledgement.  Both the Inspector and concerned Section clerks were  busy with ration card enquiries, the concerned clerk could not file the case and Inspector did not pursue the same.  Now the Inspector has been issued with Article of Charges for Charges now for delay in submission of the case before the Court. Please advise

The fact given by you indicate that you are asking for a query on behalf of a charggesheeted Govt employee (may  or may ot be you) without :-

1. intimating what is the charge
2. whether theperson is state govt / UT employee.

Thanks for the reply.  The clarification sought is on behalf of my colleague who is a state government employee.  There is only one charge is that the employee has booked a case on 27/07/2022, but filed the case in the Court of the Chief Rationing Officer on 12/10/2022. and the delay attracted the Article of Charges.

Sorry.  You are not able to clear the facts.  Let the charged officer directly make query.
