Get the issues solved amicably with neighbour before restoring to legal option.

Serve the neighbour a legal notice and register a complaint in the local police station. If situation persist, get a petition filed under section 144(2) of crpc and section 107/113(2) of crpc. Also file an injunction suit against her.

You can issue a legal notice to the neighbor to refrain her from indulging in such nuisance and causing harm to your peace living, if she still continues to do the same thing, you can give a complaint against her with the local civic body for relief and remedy
