rights in co parcenery

A acquired the property from his ancestors
A died leaving behind 6 daughters 1 son.
5 daughters given release deed infavour son.
and 6th daughter died 40 years back....whether 6th daughter Childrens can claim share in that property

Yes, children of deceased daughter can claim property rights.

It's better to obtain Affidavit qua their NOC.

Yes,deceased sister's children have right to claim their mother's  share in property. For solution of problem you need  registered relinquishment deed from deceased sister's  children.

Yes the 6th daughter's children have claim for 1/7th share in the property.
