Sir/Madam, I have flat in fourth floor in a apartment, located in Telangana. There are four flats in each floors and two penthouses on other side of our two flats , pent house owners misusing terrace, which is also my roof. Pent house owners damaged my roof, planted trees using for self purpose, my roof damaged causes water sinking into my walls. I have complained this to my un- registered executive body, I complained with municipal officers, polices also. They are not doing any justice to me. What pent house owners have rights on terrace? What rights I have on my roof? Can I file with civil court against all flat owners while asking mandatory injunction, use terrace only for community purpose?
