Can one magistrate judge revoke the previous judge? please?

A request to all the divine souls here, Kindly help

1. A domestic violence case was registered around 11 yrs back, the victim is seriously damaged.
2. It came to our notice, advocate had compromised, no evidence listing/exhibiting in court was done
3. The learned Judge, sensed it and passed an order, to provide written arguments to both party advocates, after she could not find what she was looking for.
4. The advocates as usual played games, never submitted it.
5. The judge got transferred, next judge states to finish argument, we placed an appeal for listing, indexing which was dismissed
6. Can the new judge over ride/revoke the previous judge order please?
7. The case is in magistrate court
8. The case too got dismissed
9. We filed an appeal, the judge provided  new case number
10. Have asked the opp party to show up in court.
11. Is this possible to revoke a previous judge order?
12. Are their any ways we can proceed in a better manner?
13. Starting anew means climbing the ladder again?
14. Complaint against advocate has been done?
15. The same judge, I have lost faith in, is there a solution?
