My case is in tehsil office regarding property dispute.
My opposition lawyer has multiple times not shown up on tehsil office and has been delaying the case.
My lawyer is not taking any action against it.
I want to know whether any application can be filed for this kind of wastage of time of tehsil office

Is it before the Tehsildar or in a court within the Tehsil?
If the Tehsildar is liberally granting time to the opposite party and not realising your plights in this regard, then you may take up the matter with the District Collector seeking direction to the Tehsildar to dispose the matter expeditiously.
What is the role of advocate in the Tehsil office dispute.
The advocate cannot prevail upon the Tehsildar to delay the proceedings inordinately?
If your advocate do not cooperate then you may ignore the advocate and argue before the Tehsildar on your own expressing your difficulties due to this delay.
