Procedure to update guidance value for my land

There's no legal issue involved in this.

You approach the concerned sub registrar with an application for letting you know the guidelines value of your property, if your application is not entertained then you may approach the district registrar with an appeal against the sub registrar's refusal.

Is it a legal dispute for consideration and obligation of experts on this platform ? If you feel so, engage a local prudent lawyer and file a writ of mandamus before TN & AP High Court against Tamil Nadu government. 

Did you approach concerned authorities for posting guidance value of the land stated to have been owned by you ??

If the S.No. maybe wrongly fed in the website of the registration department, you shall apply to rectify the mistake to the District Registrar concerned marking a copy of the District Collector.  If the website of the revenue department did not feed the survey number in I-B adangal then also in the registration website will not be displayed. 

Thanks for your advise sir. Yet to I didn't approch the concerned officer since i dont know where and how to approach this problem. I understood now.
