I want to file a contested divorce Cas against my wife. She make me leave the house by not cooking for me and even not allow me to cook in her house. Earlier in 2018 I found She has many boy friends as I installed an app on her phone. She is typing laughing emoticon I n wa y sapp when one of the paramours talking to hug her. I got all the proofs.but the web site of the app is not working now. I lost the user ID and pass word. I came out of her house on March 8th 2024.its been 8 months she is not allowing to meet my daughter and my pet. She brain washed my daughter and she too hates me. My daughter called me and she asked me to return to home on March 9th. But I softly denied her as they put me to harsh treatment. In 2018 itself I came to know her bad behaviour. Since then I am with her for my daughter. She changed her too and she buys what all she wants. Previous month my wife wanted to stab my daughter for a small issue. I asked my daughter to come out whi h she refused. My wife tells that if I put the proofs of her talking to her boy friends in courts et she will file privacy case in me. On Nov7th 2022 I can't control my feelings and I kicked on her l as she kicked on my private parts asking her "are you a woman"? My daughter took video and since then they are black mailing me. My daughter does not like me as I am strict wrt her studies. Now as I'm not there she is not going to College since maybe from 4 months and her mother is ruining her career. My wife used to steal money when my friends / sisters came to my house. Her boy friends are 10 + as far as I know. They are planning to go to u.s in Feb 2025. Pls guide me what to do and I want a genuine honest lawyer in kondapur, madhPur ,muyapur etc area of hyderabad. Pls advice.
