hi
What is good for a son to inherit the property or get it gifted by his father and get it registered in his name.
Father is willing to gift it.
whereas the son in question has a wife and two children.

Thanx,
Further that the property now under the man's name, does this property be considered ancestral in legal terms.
Let's put it this way
'A' the father who gifted the property to his son 'B'
'C' the son of 'B',
Can 'C' claim the property from 'B' during the life span of 'B'
thanx in advance

Dear Manik,
C cannot simply claim the property from his father B, because it was gifted by his father A, B becomes absolute owner of the property, during his life time if he gifts his property than only c can claim, if B dies intestate, c can claim by succession, if B bequethes the property in C's name then also C will be become beneficiary of the property after the demise of his father B.

Dear Mr. M. Kupparaju,
I appreciate your response.
I am studying LAW as I have great interest in it.
I have read all the Novels written by Gardener, who created character named Perry Mason
I have more than 200 episodes of Perry Mason which were aired in USA from 1957 to 1966, they are black & white serials each of 50 min, 350 MB file size
I have learned quite a lot from those serials
