MOST OF THE REGD WITH ACK NEVER COME BACK, TRY TO GET A LETTER FROM CONCERN P.O AS DELIVED ON SO AND SO DATE.
OTHER WISE SEND BY SPEEDPOST AND GET INTERNET ACK.

to prove the service of a letter sent thru., regd., a.d. burden will be on you, so file a complaint before the concerned post office or superintendent of post office giving the details of the regd., a.d. sent i.,e., xerox copy of the postal letter. post authroities will reply you, that reply can be produced in the court.

YOU ARE TO SHOW THE SUFFICIENT PROVE IN THE COURT REGARDING THE REGD. POST WITH A.D. MANY TIMES THE A.D. NEVER REACH THE SENDER.........SO YOU HAVE TO OBTAIN A CONFIRMARMATION LETTER FROM THE POSTAL AUTHORITY THAT YOUR LETTER HAS BEEN DELIVERED ON SUCH DATE. SUBMIT THAT CONFM. LETTER IN THE COURT FOR EVIDENCE.

if you give photo copy of the receipt along with a complaint , postal department will provide you proof of delivery certificate

receipt is only certificate of posting, but for certificate of delivery you should obtain the certificate from the concerning post office by making an application as advised by others , if you are not able to do so, then repeat the same process and send second post.
