I am running a small placement office duly register & having Trademark registration also from last 4 years, recently came to know that some is using or copying my own created formats, pattern & style of working. I call him to stop this but he is still continuing, how to stop him and also how to stop further misuse of my documents or ways of working. Anyone Please suggest
