In a judgement of the compensation the amount and rate of the interest up to the disputed period is mentioned.
It is not saying any thing about the interest up to actual payment of the compensation.
The decree is yet to be drawn.
The judgement is given about 4 months earlier.
What are the laws / guide lines with which the judgement can corrected ?
