Hi
I registered a flat on my name last month in Tamilnadu. On that, it is mistakenly put as "excluding car parking 200000 and EB charges 75000" whereas it supposed to be including. How to correct this in registered construction agreement? How much fee would be applicable? Please advise.

Fees may vary from state to state you should approach Sub Register Office.
One thing is conformed changes can be done and fees will be nominal.
