I have filed an IA in the family court Vizag on 151 CPC , its numbered and the opponent party given their counter on the IA , we have filed our oral arguments and submitted written arguments as well on this IA ,
we filed IA on 8th July , these are the below adjournment dates.
july 8 2016 , july 27 , Aug 9th 2016, Aug 13, aug 22, aug 31, Sept 10., sept 21, oct 8 2016,
on Sept 10 we submitted our written arguments , then the matter posted to septmber 21 , on 21 st septmber the oppenent party says , they will file counter for rejoinder , is it possible .
my question is as petitioner we finished our arguments the next step is they have to file the arguments either written or oral , but again they said they will file counter on rejoinder ,what is this I really cant understand what is happening in Vizag's family court .
Please explain me how .
