I want to know about the court fees in relation to MACT cases (in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi) as described below:
1). What would be the court fee for filing the fresh petition in MACT in Delhi?
2). What would be the court fee for filing Written Statement (WS) as a respondent / defedent in a MACT case against oneself by someone in Uttar Pradesh ?
