Hi my case is running for last 1.5 years
case registered 27.05.2010
Charge sheet submitted 12.12.2010
Assucced summoned 12.02.2011 and trial started but till now more than 11 hearning we have gone Judge is not summoning the PW1
what i have to do Pls advice
