Court order

Dear Members

Divorce case reserved for Orders on 21 August 2014. Case reopened on 7 November 2014 as respondent requsted. Again reserved for Orders on 21 November 2014. Case reopened by Judge on 19 Jan 2015 and posted for 20 FEB 2015. Again posponed to 27 March 2015. Again posted to 24 April. Petitioner went to HC and got direction from HC for speeedy conclusion of case within 8 weeks from date of receipt of this order. Order submitted in court on 13 April 2015. On 24 April case posted for Orders on June 12 2015.

It appears that Judge will get transfer before April 30 2015. So in this case is Judge has to give Judgement before releived from here, or can go without giving the order. If order not given then new Judge will give order or agian arguments need to be heard by new Judge before giving order.

Could you please give your suggestions on this.

It is the judge's wish to pronounce order.  If not, the new judge can reopen arguments and pronounce judgment or he can directly pronounce the judgement without argument reopen.
