Need your help and advice on my case. I purchased a flat with covered garage from a renowed builder and got it registered in May 2010. The flat was handed, but still date they have not given me covered garage. In Dec 2012 one of the representative from the builder told us that they have mistakenly sold all the garages and there are no garage left except a open garage which is worst to take. He told me to take my covered garage amount which I signed in 2008 and already payed and take the open garage. I have totally disagreed this and told them to hand over my garage asit is not my fault. Now they have stopped communicating with me also.
Please help me in this regard and let me know what all things I can do. The flat is located in Rajarhat - Kolkata.
