Cp office and fir logging

Hello,

I'm back with a query!!!!! !!!

I filed WP in 2018 (1 year after the crime occured)

That ledger to CC case in 2019.

I have details from court that case is finished in that court and it's not the place of incidence.

So I'm going place incidence and fraud city and logging a police fir.

Why won't the police log an fir andineatigate? Because the delay occured only due to the courts.

If you were really aggrieved then you could have gone to the police with a complaint irrespective of the fact there was a case filed in court.

There was no restriction by court to restrict you from approaching police with your complaint

You cannot blame police for your own reasons.

Yes. I'm not blaming myself but afterwards female officers will ask me where is the evidence? Does 420 cases have evidence or what? Without knowing investigation, everyone is ruined and ruined me. If they get the penIons it's good enough.

An FIR (First Information Report) is a crucial step in seeking justice against criminal offenses.

    • The following individuals can file an FIR:
      • Victim: If you are the victim of the offense being reported.
      • Witness: If you have witnessed the crime taking place.
      • Informant: If you have knowledge about the commission of an offense.
      • On behalf of the victim: If the victim is deceased or unable to make the complaint.
