Police filed false 498A, i have filed few RTI's to them about date and Time of incidents and the Superintendent of Police gave order to furnish information, but the said SI is not Responding.
Can i send notice under CPC 80 for non compliance of RTI Order which is damaging me and my family financially and damages for emotional stress for not providing the Date and Times of incidents in the false 498A?

There is procedure under RTI act follow it, you will get the information.

Yes, you can issue notice and claim damages in civil court.
